DUPAY Affiliate Program Terms

These terms explain how the DUPAY Affiliate Program ("Program") works. The Program is designed for a small group of trusted partners. By participating, you agree to the following.

  1. 1. How the Program Works
    1. 1.1 DUPAY will provide you with a promotional code ("Promo Code") that you can share with potential customers. You will earn a fixed payout for each new customer who completes checkout using your Promo Code. Your payout amount will be included in your onboarding email.
    2. 1.2 At the end of each calendar quarter, DUPAY will send you an anonymized summary of customers attributed to your Promo Code and will pay any earned payouts within 15 days after the quarter ends via bank transfer.
    3. 1.3 Your earnings depend entirely on valid customer sign-ups using your Promo Code. DUPAY cannot guarantee that you will earn any specific amount.
  2. 2. What DUPAY Provides
    1. 2.1 A Promo Code unique to you
    2. 2.2 A fixed payout amount for each qualifying customer
    3. 2.3 Brand materials (logos, product descriptions, images) that you may use solely for promoting DUPAY through the Program
    4. 2.4 Quarterly reporting using anonymized customer data
    5. 2.5 Quarterly payout of any amounts earned via bank transfer
    6. 2.6 DUPAY may update or discontinue the Program at any time with 30 days' notice, though any payouts already earned will be honored.
  3. 3. What We Ask of You
    1. 3.1 You may promote your Promo Code through any lawful means. We ask that you:
      1. 3.1.1 Present DUPAY accurately and honestly
      2. 3.1.2 Not use spam, misleading claims, or deceptive advertising
      3. 3.1.3 Not promote DUPAY on websites or platforms that contain illegal, adult, or hateful content
    2. 3.2 DUPAY reserves the right to review your promotional activities and terminate your participation if we determine your activities are harmful to DUPAY's brand or violate these terms.
  4. 4. Your Relationship with DUPAY
    1. 4.1 You are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of DUPAY. You are responsible for:
      1. 4.1.1 All taxes, including self-employment taxes, on your affiliate earnings
      2. 4.1.2 Your own business expenses
      3. 4.1.3 Maintaining accurate records of your income
    2. 4.2 If you are a U.S.-based affiliate and earn $600 or more in a calendar year, DUPAY will issue you a 1099-NEC form. You will need to provide a completed W-9 form with your tax information before receiving your first payout.
  5. 5. Limitation of Liability
    1. 5.1 DUPAY will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Program. Our total liability to you will not exceed the total amount paid to you in the preceding 12 months.
  6. 6. General Terms
    1. 6.1 These terms are governed by California law, and any disputes will be handled in courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
    2. 6.2 Either you or DUPAY may end your participation in the Program at any time, for any reason. If you violate these terms, DUPAY may immediately terminate your participation and forfeit any unpaid earnings.
    3. 6.3 If these terms are updated, DUPAY will notify you by email. Continued participation after the update means you accept the new version.
